Customer Reviews

This product states in the "Technical Details" that it's compatible will Apple iPhones. It is NOT. I bought this item for my 1st generation iPhone and the buttons to skip through tracks on the headphones don't work. I wore these on a jog and the headphones would randomly skip through songs even though I wasn't touching the buttons.
There is also an issue if you use this item near other wireless non-bluetooth devices. If I use these headphones near my computer my wireless mouse becomes disabled. The technology just isn't there for blue-tooth wireless headphones yet.
ALSO, this product is sold by CCM Accessories. This company has poor customer service. I emailed them about the product so I could return it. They didn't respond after 5 days so I had to call them. They initially refused to send me a shipping label and told me I would be responsible for the shipping charges. They claim that they are listing this item for IPod use only. Even though you'll see in the technical details that it clearly states that you can use it for Apple iPhones. I had to argue this point. It is not the customers responsibility to pay shipping for a product that is defected and not for use as specified. I had to call back CCM Accessories 3 times to get them to send the shipping label. I will never buy any product through Amazon again unless the product is coming directly from Amazon.

Any good reviews of this product are from buyers who didn't wait at least 4 months b4 they reviewed it. Where shall I begin with the long list of problems I experineced with these headphones. Battery life sucked from the start, buttons on the side never worked, didn't always pair properly with bluetooth device, would suddenly shut off, volume would turn down by itself and I could not turn it back up, rubber parts started eroding after 2 months (I must have corrosive sweat), would not charge when connected and finally they stopped working all together after about 90 hours of use. When they did work they sounded great but I have nothing positive to say about this product.
