It doesn't.

This bluetooth mini dongle for the PC is worth the money. Once you get used to having it, it works great. First time you intall it it does take some time for it to install everything properly but worked great once it was install. It did tweak out at one point and when I tried to reinstall the drivers to clear up the error, it was very finicky and took me a while to get it to reinstall properly but since then, it has worked almost flawlessly. If you want audio but not be tied directly to your laptop, use this with a set of bluetooth headphones or you can use it to talk on skype through your bluetooth headset like you would use them with your cell phone.
I use mine to connect wirelessly to my home stereo for streaming music. It is like having your own radio station with no commercials.
